Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
For Technician Grade I Signal (Level 5): Candidates must hold a Diploma or Degree in relevant engineering disciplines such as Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunication, Computer Science, or Information Technology from a recognized institution. Selection Process
The selection for RRB Technician Recruitment 2026 will be conducted in three stages:
- Computer Based Test (CBT) — An objective-type written exam consisting of 100 questions to be completed in 90 minutes. Subjects include Mathematics, General Intelligence & Reasoning, General Awareness, and Technical/Trade-specific questions. There is a negative marking of 1/3rd mark for each wrong answer; unattempted questions carry no penalty.
